PAYMENT SCHEDULE
  1. 3,000 Euros : Reservation Deposit. To be paid within 7 days after reserving the plot.
  2. At signature of the Contract, which normally will be expected
    between 4-6 weeks alter reserving the plot:
    • 2.A : *10°/o of the House Price minus Reservation Deposit.
    • 2.B : 6.000 Euros for the Golf Share (Share Price: 11.720€uros).
  3. *15% of the House Price: On stage payments before completion:
    Construction starts May 2004
    Construction ends September 2006
    Completion 3 months after the end of construction
  4. Upon completion of construction upon signing the title deed:
    • 4.A : *75% remaining of the house : Non-status mortgage offered by Caixa Catalunya.
    • 4.B : 5.720 Euros remaining quantity of the Golf Share price.

Please, be advised that payments 2.A, 3 and 4.A will be increased with the relevant IVA (VAT) which is currently at 7%.
