Villa in tranquil spot with superb views.

This villa is perched on the edge of a mountain, with only the tinkle of goat bells to disturb the peace and quiet. The views are truly breathtaking and stretch from snow-capped mountains down to the distant coastline.

The house has 3 roomy bedrooms; one king size and two twins. There are two bathrooms in the villa, one of which is en-suite to the main bedroom. Both are brand new and are tastefully tiled in natural stone colours with designer power showers and basins.
The sitting room has dual aspect windows, a build in fireplace and Sky T.V installed.
Opposite the sitting room is the kitchen. There are granite work surfaces, a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and a table with seating for four people. There are two windows in the kitchen, one looking out over the pool and the other over the main terrace. There is a utility room that hosts the washing machine and plenty of shelving for storage.

All rooms have panoramic views over the pool, the valley to the mountains and up to the white washed village of Comares.

Outside the villa is an eight by four meter swimming pool suspended over the mountainside so you can enjoy the fabulous views whilst swimming. It is surrounded by balustrade so is safe for children and furnished with sun beds and parasols. There is an outside shower in one corner of the pool area.

To the front of the villa is a large terrace, which enjoys 270 degree views. Here it feels truly as if you are on top of the world. To the side of the villa is another more shaded terrace. There are wind-down awnings which provide welcome shade during the hottest months.

The property is situated inland from Malaga, about 40 minutes drive from the airport and city center. Although an easy drive from the bustling coastal resorts of the Costa del Sol, it may as well be in a different world. The pace of life is slow, relaxed and very Spanish. Perfect for those looking for peace, quiet and amazing views. There is no fine dining or night life to speak of. The roads are narrow, twisty and rough in places. The last part of the track to the villa is unmade and bumpy, but you’ll realize it’s worth the trip when you get there.

The nearest village, Colmenar is a fifteen minute drive where there is supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants,……!
